I just had a bad experience where a *****ulent purchase was made from my card last week and while the bank did refund that amount, and I had to stop the old card and go to a branch for a new card, I am now sitting with another amount that went off on the same day from the old card that was not picked up, also a *****ulent purchase as it was not made by myself and when contacting the bank now I am once again struggling to get my money back since I DID NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE and there was no 2 step authorisation done on the purchase from the bank's side. I am getting so extremely annoyed with the service from Std bank, i just want my money back from the *****sters and Std bank to UP THEIR SECURITY so that 2 Step authorisation will be needed on EVERY ONLINE PURCHASE
Once again having a problem with Getting correct information from Capitec, just need to change my debit order date as they keep taking money from my account when there are no available funds which results in extra charges from my bank as well. Just need to change the debit order date, went to the branch as well and they had me in tears because they simply can't help me.
Probably the worst fibre provider I have ever experienced, you pay soooo much for soooo much down time and when you phone, you are on hold for hours and just end up hanging up anyway because NO ONE ANSWERS!! WhatsApp service is also NO HELP AT ALL!!!

I have a loan with Capitec bank, I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH CAPITEC. I called just to find out when is the last date of the debit that they take each month and they simply CAN NOT HELP ME. The agent I spoke to tells me I am lying about not having an account with them, but I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT and they still gave me a loan. How can i resolve this????? Now i have to go to a branch, which I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR, but they just don't care, then they also take the debit order when there in no money in my STD bank account and leave me on a negative balance and i have to pay my bank as well!!! THEY ARE LITERALLY ROBBING ME

The proof of payments provided to Clients does not show which bank/account payment was made into, a company can not see if payment was made to our bank account. Please take this proof of payment away, we need to see which account the payment was made into.
