Switched off two days after paying my account in full. After calling their customer line i was on hold for +21 minutes. When I called back after buying more airtime, I was told my estimated holding time is 23 minutes. After complaining to them about my WiFi being off on their whatsapp line, they decided to block me cos i asked for a refund. Where do i even report this? 😡😡How TF are they even still in business cos they offer a sh*tty service. Been with them for less than 6 months but im canceling them end of this month, thats if they even pay back my money. Please advice on how.i can take steps against them.
