Dont use this fly by night company

We hired Richard from Fibreglass pool repairs to resize our pool. After an initial visit where he took a video (later posted on his TikTok), we paid him R3,000, then R35,000, and finally R8,500. He only showed up for three days and then disappeared with our money. He has since blocked my husband on TikTok and WhatsApp and is unreachable.

Richard never shows his face in his videos (a red flag), this company is operating *******ly, it is not registered and pays no tax, and he uses a **** physical address on his quotes. We’ve opened a ***** and theft case and are pursuing him through a private investigator.
