Dont use this fly by night company
We hired Richard from Fibreglass pool repairs to resize our pool. After an initial visit where he took a video (later posted on his TikTok), we paid him R3,000, then R35,000, and finally R8,500. He only showed up for three days and then disappeared with our money. He has since blocked my husband on TikTok and WhatsApp and is unreachable. Richard never shows his face in his videos (a red flag), this company is operating *******ly, it is not registered and pays no tax, and he uses a **** physical address on his quotes. We’ve opened a ***** and theft case and are pursuing him through a private investigator.

No aftersales service
I had my pool fiberglass by Richard and his team from Fiberglass Pool Repair in Augsut of 2024..He is very active on Tiktok and had lots of good reviews and videos of pools he had completed. I paid a 70% deposit and work began and was finished after 2 weeks. A month after the completion I noticed a whole the size of a R10 note. I contacted him on numerous occasions to come and fix the hole.Loads of Whatsapps,missed calls, false promises and almost a year later-nothing. He is still on TikTok selling. Also no address on invoices or names to try and investigate.

I had my pool fiberglass by Richard and his team from Fiberglass Pool Repair in Augsut of 2024..He is very active on Tiktok and had lots of good reviews and videos of pools he had completed. Richard from fibre pool repairs
A guy by the name of Richard (Smiley) terrible service empty promises but demands payment! I urge anyone who uses this company to please think twice ! The job was not completed and payment was made they replaced the pool light and the light doesn’t work, they sanded down and painted the pool coat and a very untidy job done almost R10k spent and they messed my sand filter! And didn’t come back to repair it. This guy and his team sound and seem professional which catches a customers attention, they are all over tik tok and Facebook! Pathetic job done! I have been chasing this guy for two months and only empty promises have been made! Please becareful using fibrepoolrepairs!

If the person you are dealing with is called Richard, from fibreglass pool repairs, run for your life. They advertise on tiktok and once they are done with ****ming you, will deactivate their account. Their work is so horrible and they will promise to come to site to fix but never do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A ****!!!!

Extremely Disappointed with Fibreglass Pool Repairs Service I recently hired Fibreglass Pool Repairs for some much-needed repairs on my pool, and I couldn't be more dissatisfied with the entire experience. The quality of the repairs was subpar at best. After they finished, I noticed several issues that were either not addressed or poorly fixed. I contacted them for follow-up service. Empty promises were made to come and check, and address, the highlighted issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional pool repair services. They take your money, but when it comes to addressing issues or following up, they're nowhere to be found. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
