Beautifully entertained and fun to play
I dont want to always be complaining but to give credit where is due. Last night I played on the jackpot race and as much as i did not win the race, it was so nice to finally experience the Hollywood bets i know. It was fair game, all the way. The slots were giving free spins which were paying fairly. It was really entertaining and fun to play as opposed to always loosing. Thanks Hollywoodbets. Lets keep it fair always :)

Run away- They dont pay out winnings
No, honestly, this is just rediculous. I have never experienced this in any of the sites I have played it and honestly at the rate things are going, jackpot city will lose me as a customer. I made a withdrawal on the 10th of October 2025 , to date my funds have not reflected. yesterday morning I called and was told the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, till now, nothing. So must i now chase them to get my funds but when we deposit they are quick to take the money? No this site is not it at all. I think I am better off playing at reputable sites and not this one

People, I am begging you. Stop playing slots at Hollywood. They are ****ming people with no shame at all. This site is no longer the same. I have now closed my account for a set period because wow, they are shameless *******. You play on their site and put in more than R10k and believe me, you will not not even get one free spin on any game. If you are lucky to do, it will pay R36 LOL. What a joke, then when you move to other sites, there you will enjoy and even recover money wasted here. What kind of site is this, where they just take and take??Lets all boycott this site and let them go down and instead play at sites that are fair and let you win once in a while

DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PLACE FOR ANY EVENT
What a disappointment this place turned out to be. Booked and paid R4550 - R550 booking fee and R4000 for gazebo for my lil sister's baby shower to be held end of Oct. Unfortunately the baby came early at 6 months and we had to cancel the event. Sent them an email on 8 Sept to cancel for end Oct, they acknowledged and promised to refund me but noooo, i had to send multiple emails which went unanswered and calls that promised to call back and never did. After much harassment from me, they refunded me R3500 without any explanation as to why they had to take R1050. Their terms only specify about giving 7 days notice on the R550 deposit which they will deduct a certain percentage of that but noooo, i gave them more than a month notice, they dont even deduct from the dep fee but they went and took even from the gazebo fee with no reason or explanation. ****** these ones, no integrity at all. I am never setting my foot there even for a mere lunch

Vacuum machine to take all our monies - No winning here
Mmm, i thought i was the only one being targeted by HWB, but looking at all the reviews, this site has now turned into a vacuum machine that will just take take and take. You can deposit R5k and not even get 1 free spin. if you are lucky, you get a free spin that will pay R18. The only option to try and win something is to go to alternative betting sites and there you will surely win something, get free spins and actually enjoy playing. To be honest, I am even dreading to log in to this site. It is no longer entertaining, they are just collecting our monies with no shame. I am thinking of blocking them forever and just play on other sites that understand what "entertainment" is.

I have been a very loyal customer on Holly but no, their greed is unmatched now. If you feel you have chowed our monies enough and dont want us to play anymore, just block our accounts. I do not know how many times I keep depositing and will not even get one free spin or if that rare spin comes, it pays R40?? We understand the concept of gambling, you win some, you lose some but with HB you loose all the way. I guess its time to explore other sites because wow

Horrible Horrible experience these days. How I have been a loyal Holly customer over the years but for the past months, i dont know if they just want to spit in our faces and show us that they can just chow our money and there is nothing we can do about it or what. You can make deposits of over R10k and never even get a single free spin. You will play and be in a downhill until you are left with 0.0. No this is utterly not fair as it is no longer entertainment but just plain *******. We understand that with gambling you lose some, you win some, but to loose all the way all the time is totally unfair. I even closed my account because wow, it was no longer fun to play with you guys

Unfair Play all the way..RUN AWAY
Honestly speaking, I wish i had come here and read the reviews before throwing my R6500 down the drain. Yes, the concept of gambling is understood, but for one to deposit a whole R6500 and get one free spin that pays R18 is shocking. Never had i experienced such an unfair play ever on any betting site. Ill stick to Betway and Holly really because this one, Im warning you, they chow, they dont play. Totally unfair to say the least
