Was about to deposit until I checked all reviews
Wow...I signed up... didn't make a deposit yet, thank God. Looked at all the reviews and 95% of them have troubles to withdraw or accounts was deactivate. No thank. You can close my account with the greatest pleasure. I will definitely not make any deposits or play on this site. Thank you guys for all the heads ups.... delete my account,thank you.

Wow...I signed up... didn't make a deposit yet, thank God. Looked at all the reviews and 95% of them have troubles to withdraw or accounts was deactivate. No thank. Suspended Account after withdrawal attempt
I was withdrawing well all the time using instant money. Now I won big R102k they are refusing to pay they say my account is under review. I submitted selfies holding my ID as well as my ID photos with my proof of account and they told me the review will take 24-72 hours. From the 4th till today when I enter the App it says verify identity I am tired of you and chasing around with your rude agents that end live chats before getting solutions. I will be taking this up with the national gambling board. Yall think you can play with people I see. This review that you doing is nothing but pure **** and yall know it. When we deposit no reviews are being made only when we have to withdraw our winnings? We lose and we never complain when we win we have to be subjected to ****? This is too much Supersportbet. I also have all the chats transcrips and screenshot that I will submit to the board regarding my case.

Account closed after my deposits was welcomed and no cancellation letter sent
Since Friday 6 March i was waiting for 2withdrawals to be finalised and the previous 3 withdrawals which is also higher than the last two got paid to me immediately then it got cancelled and without a single notification my account is closed and I don't have any cancellation letter or reasons why I am being cancelled after my deposits and game play was welcomed and benefited and my winnings from my own play is withheld and I don't get proof of allegations against me being in breach of doing something wrong and the Manager Casey lies to send me a email and cancellation letter but doesn't even explain the terms and conditions as stated on the site correctly and mentions random complete opposite reasons which either suits her or she doesn't know anything

Suppersportbet Refusing withdrawal.
My account asked me to upload my fica documents I did , I even did two withdrawals successfully. Yesterday my account is disabled for fica . I was advised to submit my documents via email. Which makes no sense because my account shows that it's verified and I was able to deposit play and withdraw. I still emailed everything as advised and its attached to this email its 24hours later . My account is not able to do withdrawals I was allowed to deposit money into my account and play and now that I want to withdraw I can not , what was the point enabling me initially to withdraw and now stop me . I want my withdrawal activated and there after I want my account with suppersportbet deleted because this is not how you treat customers they have a wide range of competitors and they have respect for our money and us . My selfie, my id , my bank statement these are personal documents submitted and no update done please do my withdrawal and close my account this was a very bad experience I will be sharing it with the public no point in posting ur adverti*****ts and you treat ur clients like we some kind of *****.

I've deposited many times and many times I could withdraw....and then also I've deposited many times and many times but also lost money on their app but when I lost money I was never told my account is under review....but now I've won and suddenly my account is under review because they dont want to pay the money to me

Stay away from these **** artist,Got a message from them stating that if i deposit i would get a 75% bonus match valid until 01/03.On the 1st i deposit and i received nothing.only to be told two different stories by two different agents.One said they made a mistake in the message and i should have read the email the other said that the sms i received was for everyone but only selected people are eligible for it.Clearly a **** to get clients to play on their platform by offering **** bonuses.The one agent siphosetu even left the chat while i was chatting to.They treat clients like S###.Please stay far far away guys.Plenty other sites out there that know how to treat a client.
