I have to commend Webtickets for their outstanding level of professionalism and customer care as a friend bought me tickets for the Ella Mai concert . Fortunately a gentleman named Brad (I believe his full name is Bradley) stepped in and resolved my little issue. His efficiency combined with his warm, friendly approach and genuine willingness to help. He is truly a gem ! Well 5 star representation!!!!
