Vumatel and Mweb. What a disaster.
Between YOU and MWEB i dont know who is worse. I was told by your call center that i need to call Mweb and get a case number then call them back. Really? I've been waiting since Monday to get connected and 2 HUGE companies cannot get this done. Rather just cancel everything and ill use MTN because at this rate at least ill get connected immediately.4 replies

Had an Incident on 24 December. Keep getting told its been sent for a decision. Now i have to wait again until Friday for this Decision. based on all the comments here that's only the first hurdle I have to climb. Once its approved it still needs to go in and then its another few weeks to get approval to fix. Dont bother replying to this PMD.
