I would never recommend anyone to take their cars to this dealership. I used to take my car for service to this dealership (BMW Joburg South - Auto Glen). One day the lady called Samantha Roussel informed that my harness has been eaten by rats it needs to be replaced immediatly at cost of R14 000,00 or else she will cancel the motorplan. I called BMWSA complained that I dont have that R14 000,00 however when I have money I will bring it back cause I was broke, BMWSA promised me that they wont cancel motorplan but I must try and fix the problem cause it will affect should anything happen sharp we agreed. I went and change the harness with other dealership. Recently I decided to trade in the vehicle, my brother was facilitating the deal as I was abroad, I didnt know the car he got for me is from the same dealership that I told myself I will never set my foot. They requested to view the vehicle and it was sent for assessment. The guy called Adnan (Sales Person) informed him that the car motorplan has been cancelled, we need to activate the motorplan because they cant sell it without motorplan. This became as a shock to me because BMWSA informed me that the motorplan wont be cancelled now out of the blue the dealer went ahead and cancel my motorplan because of i dont have money to fix the issue at the time ***. Since I didnt know that the same dealership that cancelled my motorplan is the same dealer that is selling the new vehicle, instead of telling me to fix motor plan why didnt they told my brother that they are the one that cancelled it instead of hiding it and expect us to fix the issue surely they dont care about their clients. One of my friend even told me not to send my vehicle there anymore because they are ****** and I ignored him.If I knew that I would be treated like this I was not going to take to servie with them anymore. I would never recommend anyone to service or repair their vehicle with this dealer (BMW South - Auto Glen)I was also not suprised when I get to this platform and see other people crying as me. They are used to this.

1. Very bad service from two consultants I spoke with today from this company. I want to cancel the mobile router contract I am not getting assisted because I forgot my physical address. I was told to contact to update my address now m being told to go the branch. I dont have time for this please cancel my contract it has expired. 2. I applied two phones online through my business and I got notification that i will get a call within 48 hours now its two weeks, imagine? I have naver seen any proffesionalism from this company.
Dear Budget Team You rejected my claim and yet you refusing to bring back all missing parts of my car. Please I need all my missing parts so that I can start fixing my car. I have been calling left and right since to get my missing parts and not getting any joy with your process, no one is even botherd to assist imagine, everyday u kept on coming with excuses please
You rejected my claim due to theory of saying my car was at 109 speed whereas the driver said he was within the speed limit. From yesterday I have been calling the whole day and even today this morning I called a lady called Nokwanda Dladla she then transfered me to the same uselless investigator Jaun Botes, guys please the rejection letter you sent to me doesnt specify where I should obtain my car assessment report and reconstructive scence report. It only talks about disputeresolution I want those documents ASAP so that i can move foward with the matter. You cannot reject my claim and not have those documents ready to be sent to me. what are you waiting for? I need that information please

I have never seen useless and liars investigators from this company. My car got accident on 5th September 2020 because they discovered that my tracker unit doesn't show speed they decided to create their own speed limit from their own head to avoid fixing my car. The investigator (Jaune Botes) is sitting in JHB, instead of investigate he is relying on the information from someone else who went to scene without a driver of the vehicle so that they can show each other how accident happened worse part they conclude alone without a view of driver side thats nonsense. Last week tuesday he called my wife saying he is done with the investigations because there is no speed he will draw sketch and submit after few the story has changed now the car was at 109 speed it was over speed limit and the driver has indicated that he was within the speed he never wanted to listen. How do you determine a speed of modified car on a scene without a proof or drivers side? I even asked are you aware that the car is modified he said now he is not aware imagine the whole invetisgator doesnt know that the car is modifief. I asked for rejection ass*****t report and recostruction report he promised to send now after he send rejection letter he refused to send. The damage on the vehicle doesnt even constitutite his 109 speed that he decided to put onthe report. reason for rejection of claim: The neccessary care and precautions were not taken to prevent loss and minimizer damage; but the driver avoided a head colutions whereby the budget was going to spend millions and millions by damaging third party car, killing people meaning they dont even care about that, thats very stupid from such a big company
<p>On the 15 December 2016, my car suddently show the EPC sign on the speedow meter when I was 120km left to be at Polokwane...I called the Audi in Polokwane to tell th the problem they advise me to drove it to them so that I can check it...when Irrivaed there I had to leave my car since the job card was not issued they told me that it will be issued on monday 19 December...they told me that they are busy cleaning the injectors since the water went through the injectors as it was started misfiring....the following day the told me that they also find out that one of the injector is dead they will replace.....I had to receive my car on the 21 December 2016 but my worry is that I paid R5300 for the job done while my car has got the warranty? I feel that it was unfair for me to pay money from my pocket whereas the car has got warranty?does the warranty covers only the breakpads only? Or inclusive of mechanical problems? Please advise I was also told that I modified the car and my is not modified I only chang the downpipe which is not even relevant to what they fixed....further to that afta 2 days the breaks started to fail and now they car is not yet sorted and it just happened afta they fixed those injectors, i am just not sure if they.dd not put one pipe correctly or what because my car was breaking well when I send it...to be honest Audi is the worse brand, is one of the poor brand and bad service to its customer...imagine paying money for something that has been covered.</p>
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a default which was handed by city property to credit bureau in April 2016..since then there was a miscomuncation that were going on the account till I decided to pay the default myself because I waa unable to buy a car because of that. The default was fully paid on 13 September 2016 and city property confirmed that they received money and confirmed that they will update the acccount at credit bureau. Even today they have not yet updated credit bureau and its a third week.. Account number was 608030 for R2133.99 </p> <p>The law says" paid up defaults are removed once confirmation of paid up status is received from the credit provider"</p> <p> </p> <p>Can city property help me by removing that dealfault or give me the reference number if they have already done that because I am stucked here, I cant even apply for new credit because of this account PlEASE</p>
