I had my pool fiberglass by Richard and his team from Fiberglass Pool Repair in Augsut of 2024..He is very active on Tiktok and had lots of good reviews and videos of pools he had completed. I paid a 70% deposit and work began and was finished after 2 weeks. A month after the completion I noticed a whole the size of a R10 note. I contacted him on numerous occasions to come and fix the hole.Loads of Whatsapps,missed calls, false promises and almost a year later-nothing. He is still on TikTok selling. Also no address on invoices or names to try and investigate.
I noticed that I had no landline or ADSL service on my Telkom line on the 19th November 2017.I reported the fault on their online platform and received a SMS reference257CRK191117 and that my fault was in hand.And that was the start of the lies.I have since phoned their call centre 10210 on 8 occasions.Unfortunately always with a different agent who firstly escalates the fault and then promises that a technician will attend to the fault.After getting no satisfaction from this option I messaged their facebook page on the 22nd December and have also been promised"A technician has been allocated your fault and will contact you shortly". The last response I got from the "Social Media Special Forces Telkom Team" is - Hi Andrew, Your escalated fault is still with our cables team to replace an overhead cable. Unfortunately we don't have an ETA on when it will be repaired. ^Frank. I have also contacted MWEB,my service provider who have also given me the same run around,fault reported,escalated and then nothing. I have had no service for two months with no date given as to when I can expect my line to be fixed.I run a small business from home and my alarm systen/armed response is connected thru my landline.I am at my wits end.Zero service just lies.
