I want to clarify that I have made a payment arrangement to pay double the amount, and the issue arose when my payment details were changed without my knowledge. Despite this, I continue to receive invoices that do not reflect the correct arrears amount. As a loyal client for over four years, I have never encountered payment issues before, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
