SS028532@supersonic.co.za I’m writing to address the cancellation of my move order due to an account in arrears. I want to clarify that I have made a payment arrangement to pay double the amount, and the issue arose when my payment details were changed without my knowledge. Despite this, I continue to receive invoices that do not reflect the correct arrears amount. As a loyal client for over four years, I have never encountered payment issues before, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Could someone please help me reinstate my order? Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue

My experience with Easylife pools aka Fibre glass pools SA I am extremely disappointed first of all at the lack of customer service that has been displayed by Corne in regards to the handling of the situation with regards to the damaged pool. First of all this pool was ordered on the 30th November to be delivered the week of the 14th of December. We advised on the 17th December that if the pool was not going to arrive on time that we would need to request a refund as we were promised delivery that week and after numerous unanswered /returned calls, we were finally then advised that the shell & truck had not left yet but arrangements were being made for delivery before the weekend or early in the new week (week of the 21st December), this subsequently did not happen, and we were advised that the truth was that you were having issues with the factory and deliveries, and received an email to say that the pool will be delivered in the week of the 28th of December. This also did not happen. Finally now delivery was scheduled for the 9th of January. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the following problems: Martini seat has two massive cracks. Patches have been done and there are lots of hairline cracks and aimflow has been cut even after we've asked for you not to cut it (see whatsapp message on 14 December) . Mosaic strips also damaged in quite a few spots. Also a spot on pool that has already been fixed. As per our conversation on Saturday she advised me they knew there was a problem with the pool but they fixed it, which you can clearly see by the fresh paint, and then advised that problems happen and the pools get damaged due to transportation which you clearly don't understand that you cannot hold your client liable for, I am not happy with this as we have ordered a new pool and this pool is very damaged. Corne refused a refund and said they will only repair it and bring it back or I will need to wait for them to resell it at a discounted price, and then see what they can refund me. I will also not be refunded the R4000 delivery fee. Even went as far as saying that I am complaining because I probably don't have the money to pay for it???????? I am at a loss for words to describe my experience with this lady. Eventually after her arguing and refusing refund we agreed to repair it and the pool was taken back and then got repaired and brought back on Monday 11 January, however we need to pay them another 10k before they will bring it back, and then the balance of R3500 odd must be paid before it gets taken off truck. Yes the pool has been repaired(quick fix too) but now that we are standing looking at the pool we can clearly see other defects, to be honest this looks like a 2nd hand pool as you can see previous patch work that has been done. We are still looking into ways to prove this is either a second hand or a refurbished pool. But according to almost everyone we have spoken to it definitely looks refurbished I have since the 17th of Dec phoned both numbers on the website and have to date not received a return call nor have they ever answered my calls. I personally will never ever do business or refer business to them ever again. Corne advised me on the phone she does not care about customer service, how does one run a business like this??? I am so disappointed, this complaint is merely just a summary of everything, I feel I could write a book on this. Kind regards Kirsty da Silveira and Shaun Kotze

I contacted Fibreglass Pools SA in july for a quote on on their 3x5mm Mississippi pool, after sending me the quote I stumbled across the companies bad reviews on their website, after seeing the reviews I decided to not use them, Connie the owner contacted me a day after sending me the quite, I then advised her that I wont be using her company because I was sceptical after reading all those negative reviews online. She immediately notified me that people were just trying to destroy her company, they are in business for more than 15 years and that her ad online was not a paid ad but rather listed first on the Google normal search listing which proves their credibility. She also told me that she will upgrade my paving surroundings with the flagstone pavers and pool copings without any additional cost as a gesture of good faith, well I feel hook line and sinker and paid her a deposit of more than 55%. A day after paying the deposit I saw all these reviews on hello and Peter and immediately sent Connie a message advising her that I want to cancel as I was still not convinced and happy. She informed me that the shell was already been manufactured and she can sell the shell once it's made and reimburse me my money. My husband and I both knew that she was lying as Fibre glass Pools SA is a different bank to me, so how can the shell already be in manufacturing if payment hasn't cleared in their account first. So we made the dumbest decision and asked Connie to go ahead with the pool installation as we felt that she will stall with selling the pool and paying for the US our money. We gave Connie the go ahead in july, and our pool is still not complete (September) every week Connie stalled the job, at one point she even told my husband that her guys started a job somewhere else and we must wait for them to complete it, when I called her to find out how she can start another job without completing my job she started screaming her guts at me over the phone, she told me she is tired of us and that we mustn't tell her how to run her business, she said she will show us and threatened me, thereafter she cut the call on me. The paving they put was all loose and cracked. Her workers didn't have the right tools to do the job, they had a join in the power cable, they rocked up whenever they felt like and went just over a week without coming to work or notifying us. I paid connie everything except the 5% which was only R2960, she still owes me a pvc cover that is worth R4400 and my two guarantees, the first week she told us that the supplier made the wrong size cover, and that they will make a new one which will be sent and installed by the following week, when the following week came she informed my husband that she will only send her truck to the supplier in jhb the next week, we kept quiet and waited patiently, when the next week came Connie refused to take our calls or respond to our emails. Finally the next day she answered the call and told my husband that she will transfer the money to us which was the R4400 less the R2960 that I owed her....we sent her our banking details twice, I still haven't received my money and guarantees. Fibreglass Pools SA are the biggest rogues and most unreliable unprofessional people. People need to be warned and stay far far far away!!!! Please don't fall for Connie's lies and sweet talks like we did, once they get your money you will be sorry!

I used this company to install a pool at the end of 2016. There was a problem with the installation and they refused to come back. I had to call out another company who informed us that the pool shell is second hand which is now clearly evident and you can see the patch work. There are chips in the fibre glass. You are left feeling powerless when the manager / owner herself will not return your calls. Do not use this company, they are not trustworthy and unreliable and do not uphold their guarantee.

Hi All A word of advise DONT purchase a pool from Fibreglass Pools SA - I am so sorry I never checked on their reputation before I paid a 50% deposit and the full balance BEFORE they off loaded the shell. Once they have your money - You've got problems and will ge stuck with an eyesore of shocking quality and workmanship. The bad experieces that people have experienced with Fibreglass Pools SA over the years is still happening. I paid in full for an above ground pool. From day one it was a disaster with the pool leaking - months went by with daily phone calls and emails either not answered or with false promises before they replaced it . Which although it didn't leak the shell was not uniform and one corner was lower than the weir so you couldnt fill the pool!! The edges were not finished off and razor sharp! It took months to rectify that. Now the pool is cracking - Same propblem with not returning calls or e-mails. When I threatened them with "hellopeter" I got an immediate response - "Well Fix It Yourself Then"!! I dont want them anywhere near my property - I just want to warn people Not To Use Fibreglass Pools SA .

SA FIBREGLASS POOLS - DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Reading the past reviews I've had exctly the same problems - quick to take your 50% deposit then they wont off load until you pay the 50% balance! Then the problems get worse! - They've got your money then theres nothing you can do. 1st shell delivered - shocking service thereafter to get it installed with false promises. 1st shell fitted but was damaged - poor attempt to fix it on site - shell removed! Many weeks later 2nd shell delivered - more shocking service to get it installed. 2nd Shell was not level and dropped down in one corner - many weeks later they "fixed it". A few months later the shell has developed cracks. They dont respond to your emails - phoning "Connie" is a waste of time - All false promised once again! I know nothing will happen! I'm stuck with an expensive disaster that I know I will have to repair myself! DONT USE THIS COMPANY
