PATHETIC AFTERSALES
I placed an order in April, my parcel was delivered on time. However I was unable to log a return for a few days as the courier company had taken this long to confirm delivery. It have been 2 months and my parcel still have not been collected. I have written to Zando about 10 times and keep getting told the same thing that the courier company is very busy. We cannot call them as they are not available online, worst online shopping experience.

Unreliable and unprofessional
I used this company to install a pool at the end of 2016. There was a problem with the installation and they refused to come back. I had to call out another company who informed us that the pool shell is second hand which is now clearly evident and you can see the patch work. There are chips in the fibre glass. You are left feeling powerless when the manager / owner herself will not return your calls. Do not use this company,they are not trustworthy and unreliable and do not uphold their guarantee.
