We have been having network issues since yesterday, no ETA. They don’t care . We don’t have network here at Thatchfield Ridge. Bad bad service. I would not recommend to anyone

Unable to manage their own ISP, let alone several ISPs. Sad that they have a monopoly in many estates. That is probably why they don't need to worry about customer service. If you are an estate manager or planner looking for a good fibre infrastructure provider, look elsewhere...

Horrible service. Even with a UPS when the power goes out, so does the wifi, and with extended loadshedding hours means no wifi too...so that means almost everyday the wifi is out. There's no week that goes by where qw are struggling with wifi. So problematic

This is has to be the worst fibre provider there is out there. Goes down every week, we go for long hours without internet connectivity, no sense of urgency to fix their issues, no monitoring at all ,they wait for their customers to tell them there’s an issue before they even pick it up.

Although I have back up power, It doesn't help because my most important need, which is the internet, is not there whenever the power goes out due to load shedding. I have found myself missing work meetings and being unable to perform other tasks which require the internet. I have never come across such terrible internet service. I wish Vumatel was in my area so that I can go back to normal programming.

Line manager tells black employees to call him baas, and he is under qualified more than the employees he is supervising , please do check on how they do things there.they are still running old white boys club but claiming to be BEE compliant.
