Poor customer service. Slow and very frustrating. Took a long time to perform basic instructions. Did not provide updates when promised. I do not recommend this ISP.
Very bad user experience: poor customer service and lacking technical competence.
The only ISP I have ever had with speeds FASTER than advertised. Good technical service, too.
Ordered, paid, was promised delivery within 1-3 business days. More than 3 weeks later, nothing, except repeated promises of "we are contacting our warehouse" with no further feedback. Order cancelled, awaiting refund. Disappointed.
Bought an iron. Delivery was quick, as usual, but the iron was defective. I was annoyed but it happens. I logged a return on a Friday. The next day they contacted me and arranged collection of the defective iron with a new replacement one (which works perfectly). I often think that the test of a company is sorting out a problem and Takealot did very well.
I placed an online order and one item was wrong, so I tried to return it. What a fiasco! They are really not able to provide any sort of service for online purchases. (Compare this with, say, Takealot. Any online store can make a mistake from time to time but then should be able to correct it. If you return a defective item to Takealot, the process is efficient and seemless.) I do not recommend buying anything online from Makro.
I ordered aquarium supplies from Jungle Aquatics online one morning. They arrived, exactly as ordered, later that same day. Impressed with their shop and their service. Keep it up.

Awful experience! Hired her and her contractor to redo my pool area. They claimed it would take 2-3 weeks. Took more than 10. Incomplete. Funds mismanaged (contractor admitted he used the deposit for personal payments). STAY AWAY!
