Its thee WORST service provider I have ever signed up with and that's sad as we struggled with Telkom for many years. The service department is absolutely uninformed, when asking for assistance with the Fibre line that disconnects my PC when the smart TV is switched on the agents claimed that our home devices are an issue, we can't possibly hope to game on the Xbox with 25 MB line and that we have maxed out a 50 MB line with one laptop, two smart phones and one smart TV. Simon from the technical assistance department told us multiple times that we cannot stream on Disney while the PC is connected and I am teaching online. PLEASE EXPLORE ALL YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE SIGNING UP HERE.

I regret signing up with this ISP. For an ISP they really undermine or underestimate the importance of having stable and reliable internet. its only been a month with them but more than twice this month the internet has been down for multiple days at a time. Not forgetting to mention the most slowest and most frustrating onboarding process. I highly regret my choices right now for going with this ISP.

I regret signing up with this ISP. From my experience this company is unable to provide reliable internet service. When maintenance is done they send my wife a SMS notification in stead of me. We have asked to please send mail instead of sending SMS, but they refused. No one reads SMS's and therefore we never know when the internet will simply just be cut off without proper notice. When the service is down you simply cannot get anyone on the phone,..its almost impossible. This morning my internet was again simply cutt off twice during the course of the morning,....again with no proper mail notification. I finally managed to get through to an operator after about 9 or 10 times,...and holding on for hours,...just to be told that in the first instance when the internet was cut, the service was only down for 15 minutes,...and this person seemed to indicate that this is good service,.......!! In my opinion and personal experience Atec does not take service delivery or client communication seriousely. If you want internet as a business tool to reliably communicate to clients Atec is certainly not the company for you,...they are not a reliable service provider, and are more suited for home internet that is not critical.

I should have read the reviews before I signed for this service provider. I received the worse service ever; I wouldn't advise this service provider to anyone. I would like to say thank you to Nosipho Seku who understood my frustrations and disappointment but managed to go out of her way to assist me. Never Again.

It’s only my first month, and I’ve already experienced poor service. I lost internet connectivity and had to call multiple times. When it was finally restored, the speed was only 10 Mbps—even though I'm paying for a 100 Mbps package. Not sure if it’s incompetence or just bad service, but thankfully it's a month-to-month contract.

How I wish I checked reviews before signing with yall , very bad experience with its only few months but the worst . I was signed for botsotso what ever anc claimed it’s affordable tell me how did I get the price 🤯😠.. your website is not updated for payments and now one has to suffer for that . You disconnected my service and reconnected without my knowledge now I have to pay reconnection fee .. I mean how did we go from R150 to R1000 now .. you you’re a bad service

Poor customer service from application to finish. I had to constantly call them to review my application and arrange for Fibre installation. Technicians arrived late, could not finish the job and days later a new technician was sent without handover from the previous guy, and he too could not finish the job. No comms from the company to apologize for the inconvenience and discuss their plans to address installation challenges.
