I regret signing up with this ISP. For an ISP they really undermine or underestimate the importance of having stable and reliable internet. its only been a month with them but more than twice this month the internet has been down for multiple days at a time. Not forgetting to mention the most slowest and most frustrating onboarding process. I highly regret my choices right now for going with this ISP.
Worst experience EVER.. the bus stinks.. the arrived 3hours late.. got stuck for 4hours and counting no replacement bus was organised.. they waiting for a miracle I guess.. my seat was brokem.. This will be my last time booking this bus.. and also greyhound which is the same company now..This is subjective but driver was driving to fast for me.. I was seeing my life flash before my eyes on that rare occasion the bus was in motion
Don't take customer queries serious.. i have contacted them almost 10 time.. no feedback no reference number... All they do is sit and hope nothing gpes wrong cause if it does they do nothing about it.. PICK ANOTHER ISP cause this one is useless!! Also reimburse my downyme vause half the time i have no internet I'm not giving yot hard earned money for air!
Fibre provider with no back up power on South Africa.. i do not recommend.. STAY AWAY from them.
I do not recommend this company.. they call themselves vehicle tracking and recovery.. my car was stolen they didn't recover.. yet they still want me to pay.. for what services exactly? I've been waiting for a call from your people to sort this out.. please call me.
My order never arrived after i waited for a very long time for it. Only for the driver to lie and say it was delivered. Terrible service.. not even my 1st time experiencing waiting for an order for a long time then the system just cancels my order..
I want to thank Makgabo for such great serviceshe provided me. I spoke to so many people at MTN who are terrible resulting in me I already preparing myself to receive bad servive..it was such breath of fresh air speaking to you.Can MTN hire more people like you.thanks
I recieved a called from Ziyanda Philander who told me her employee number is 7327 about a data contract.. she advised me it will be 30G contact that will cost me around R150 MOST IMPORTANTLY she told me it it was a MONTH to MONTH no contract. 1.When the sim card we as delivered I got TWO and I remember she mentioned it had a bonus data.. so I just assumed it was the bonus data she spoke about. TURNS out it's a CONTRACTshe signed me up for without my Consent. 2.The 2nd data SIM was and is NOT 30G as she had said on the phone it was 10G. Obviously this is not what I signed up for so I proceeded to cancel as she many time reassured me it's NOT A CONTRACT. Contacting Mondo to cancel they send me to MTN as if MTN was the ones who called me.. anyway when I get hold of MTN, MTN is telling me that a WHOLE 24 months contract WTH and I need to pay about R2000 to cancel. I need someone senior from Mondo to call me back ASAP and get this sorted.. I also want the recording of that phone call!!!!
