Its thee WORST service provider I have ever signed up with and that's sad as we struggled with Telkom for many years. The service department is absolutely uninformed, when asking for assistance with the Fibre line that disconnects my PC when the smart TV is switched on the agents claimed that our home devices are an issue, we can't possibly hope to game on the Xbox with 25 MB line and that we have maxed out a 50 MB line with one laptop, two smart phones and one smart TV. Simon from the technical assistance department told us multiple times that we cannot stream on Disney while the PC is connected and I am teaching online. PLEASE EXPLORE ALL YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE SIGNING UP HERE.
