Lack of Accountability: Fidelity Security Services Rosebank Mall Date & Time: 15 December 2025 at approximately 16:39. Location: Rosebank Mall parking area. The Event: A Fidelity Security Services employee, Mr. Donet Mashele, struck the claimant’s parked Kia Cerato (Silver Grey, HT 66 WM GP) while operating an electric three-wheeled scooter. Police Report: The incident was reported at Rosebank Police Station (Ref: 1090/12/2025). The Dispute & Lack of Service Initial Cooperation: The Security Manager, Mr. Rudi Van Aarde, initially acknowledged the incident, apologized, and requested vehicle details and insurance information. Compliance: Following instructions from Fidelity, the claimant submitted three repair quotations and an affidavit confirming he would not claim from his own insurance on 12 January 2026. The Issue: Despite full compliance and numerous follow-ups since mid-January, Fidelity Security Services has failed to provide any assistance or resolution. Demand for Settlement The legal demand issued on 03 February 2026 requires Fidelity to pay: R4,100.00 for vehicle repairs (based on the lowest quote). R5,000.00 in professional legal fees incurred due to their lack of responsiveness. There has been no communication and it seems the matter is being ignored despite my cordial approach to the matter

IS ANY ONE HAVING ISSUES WITH RECOVERING THERE MONEY FROM THE FIDILITY FUND AGAINST iNSOLVENCEY CARE ATTORNEY ERASMUS. They have had my file 2 years and counting and ever time i ask for an update they come back with excuseS and just cannot do here job. Can we not get together and get a class action against this thieving attorney and this fund, who is so useless, I really think they dont want to pay and do not know what they doing but playing for time. Not that they last long there I hear, and you have to do the job for them because they do not care. anyone, if there is a group can we all go viral and to the papers

The public should be aware never to set foot near this company please please, short story, they happily debited me R6000 by January 2022 for debt review removal and apparently according to them October 2022 the matter was in court fast forward its December and they've disappeared. The whole of this year a lady named Lauren de Kock has never even called me to provide a status update in fact ask her per month or within a day how times I try to get hold of her? Asked for a manager wow I think from the other review you then get Rene Manuel wow forget if think either of them would even respond to a single call from u or email etc... now the struggle is to get refunded by this company so I can start the whole process again with a different company. In summary this is a scam scam scam stay far from them and avoid needing to start the small claims court saga that I'm now embarking on 😭 even worse now its costing to get my money back from running to bank getting the old statement for the attorneys to track their account, opening a fraud case, printing all correspondence from both of us and now screenshots of their reviews and submitting all this etc....

Hi I'm still waiting for my salary since the 25th I have been told to bring back their laptop and tablet which I did my salary still has not been paid. They told me to send bank statement, id copie, per 3 of R800, which I did all that but still today my money is not in I need to pay my rent and I have a sick child at home.

This company illecitly loures in desperate SA citizens and then treats you with utter Disrespect especially after they have received your 1st Debit Order. They make false promises and never respectfully communicates back to you especially if they have received your 1st Debit Order. The one person in their office that goes by the name Rene MANUEL will even have the audacity to put the phone down whilst you converse and especially if you ask clarification questions. They are a company that will certainly not give you any respect as a client. Rather take your business elsewhere if you need help...

As a concerned consumer I was severely disdained and regrettably disappointed by this company whom I thought would help me. But to my shock since my Debt Mediation help from them went horribly wrong since they received my 1st Debit Order payment in February 2022. Since that time they received my 1st Debit Order the Company's office personnel just blatantly ignored most if not all of my follow up emails to their office. It just made my life worse because of the fact that creditors just had to be handled by myself and not by the aforementioned Company.
