I bought my orange fieldbar on the 6th of October and after I received it I used it only once and the paint chipped and I reached out to them via email after registering my fieldbar and I was told I’m responsible for couriering the fieldbar back to them so they can fix and I asked if they will send the courier people to collect it they said no how come when even your Shein which is based in china they come fetch their products at no fee while fieldbar is expensive but they just don’t seem to care. I just paid R400 for postnet as I don’t trust the other companies imagine even the who was assisting me was also shocked she even googled the product and said they don’t about their consumers. I’m really not happy at all about how the whole situation was even handled. That time we work hard for our monies

Extremely disappointed with the service. Bought a field bar online that was sent damaged. Requested a refund so I could purchase asap at yuppiechef. Fieldbar was collected on 31 May, this was arranged by fieldbar themselves. Today is 12 June and I am constantly ffg up with them. Their phones lines don’t work so you cannot call. They do not communicate at all unless you constantly ffg up. Apparently they can’t locate the return, how is this any fault of mine. I will be reporting them to the consumer complaints of SA

I bought a personalised field bar but when it was delivered it was not personalised and I paid for it . Upon delivery I jst got a note of apologies that their engraving machine is currently not working but what happenes to the money I paid to get it personalised and what I didn’t like the most is their lack of communication just a note is not enough they should alreast have called or emailed me to find out if I could wait for the machine till it’s fixed or refund me for the personalisation instead of just sending it as it is and not stating the way going forward .

The most awful service ever!!! Zero communication, Zero Customer Service. Ordered 24th November 2023, only received shipping tracking no. on the 11th December 2023. No emails have ever been responded too and the tracking no hasn't had any updates since I received it. Aramex confirmed they haven't received the package, so once again I must just wait and still no response from Fieldbar!!!

It’s so annoying that you would accept orders and take my HARD EARNED money for a product you can’t even deliver. Your excuses simply don’t cut it. You don’t accept orders for what you don’t have. That’s very poor business practice and I won’t be supporting this establishment again. Do better FFS!

Terrible terrible customer experience! No response on emails. They need to get rid of Britney very fast, she/he knows nothing about customer experience. Honestly regret buying from them. Advice: get a R150 cooler, it comes with less stress!!! You are wasting your time sending them emails.

I have purchased 2 fieldbar cooler box on the 16th of november 2023 which cost me R4578.00 including the personalisation, I made online payment and when i send them an email they said they can't find my order.
