My little brother works for sportscene and I’m really not happy with how they treat their staff. They work long hours without being paid for them but they give them extra off days they work more than 8 hours and not get paid that’s overtime and CCMA and the department of labour must intervene because they employ kids so they can exploit them and over work them because they need the money and they can’t voice out because of the unemployment rate in this country so the TFG group must investigate the area managers and why are they told not to clock the exact hours they worked that’s insane
I bought my orange fieldbar on the 6th of October and after I received it I used it only once and the paint chipped and I reached out to them via email after registering my fieldbar and I was told I’m responsible for couriering the fieldbar back to them so they can fix and I asked if they will send the courier people to collect it they said no how come when even your Shein which is based in china they come fetch their products at no fee while fieldbar is expensive but they just don’t seem to care. I just paid R400 for postnet as I don’t trust the other companies imagine even the who was assisting me was also shocked she even googled the product and said they don’t about their consumers. I’m really not happy at all about how the whole situation was even handled. That time we work hard for our monies
I ordered on the 19th of December and till today I haven’t received my parcel. Received a tracking number but parcel is still stuck in kempton park. They don’t care to have consultants who will answer their phone calls. You call for an hour without anyone answering you will be in line till you hang up your phone that time you are calling with your own airtime their email the worst and I need my parcel.that time I leave not to far from Kempton park I can collect my parcel if possible
Bought online on the 29th of July had to return the goods because the top was small I did the return policy online on the 6th till today no1 came to fetch the parcel and how will I the correct size as I went in store and I was told they can’t assist and now I need to pay another 250 courier fee is that fair why are they not picking up my parcel I’m so disappointed in their online system it’s nearly 2 weeks now waiting.
I ordered on the 29th of July 2024 on the Nike website and my parcel got delivered on the 6th only to find out that I took a smaller size. Then I followed the return policy as it was stated in store that I need to return via online till today it’s still pending did message them on their portal and I was told that my parcel was on the way to their how when the parcel is still with me and why can’t on exchange in store now I’m going to have to order again and pay another R250 for courier is that fair for customer poor service to the core.
Worst service ever ordered 15days again till now no tracking number nothing when you email them they have an auto response system.
I’ve never been harassed in my entire life like this lazy bunch of people I wrote a review here and after 5 days they sent me an email to send them the proof of payment till today I’ve haven’t gotten a response from last month. I get call every day and they promise to send me the paid up letter till now. Today it’s a Saturday I’ve already received a call from them at 8:00 till me I need to pay I explained that i made the payment in April already and funny thing they all can see the payment I made but they still say I owe them R700 I really need assistance at this point because I’m being harassed by their rude staff I even called their offices still receive rudeness from their people can you guys close my account already or should I open a case against the company because it’s too much now
At this rate I’m tired of Multichoice I’ve been querying the same thing the whole month I was told that Netflix that was created by someone else is cancelled but now it’s back again how I don’t know and I have to make a payment and this Netflix is back on the account that must I do at this point last month I had to pay for it because I was disconnected even I must pay is that fair I’m so angry at this point
I have been owing wonga loans the I made my last payment in April the 25th and till today I’m getting phone calls about payments and I have used the payment link provided and I’ve been promised a paid up letter and someone just called me and told me I need to pay when I’ve settled everything.
I have a problem with the courier company you are using and that’s @ram hand to hand courier’s after not getting my parcel on Friday I was supposed to get it today and they did call me and now I’m getting a message that my parcel will not be delivered please look into it or can my parcel be delivered at a nearby bash store.
