Not impressed with the gollagen glow product. Firstly, the taste is disgusting, even when mixed with a smoothie or anything else. Secondly, you also do not get 27+3 days, it actually is only 21 days. Did not see any improvement. Will not recommend this.

I ordered Protein powder from them specifically because they advertise that their protein powder contains 29g of protein per serving. The protein powder I have received only contains 20g. If I wanted 20g of protein I would have ordered another brand. Now they just dont reply to my emails?????????

Update from Review on 06 Feb 2026. I was contacted by Gloot Customer Care, apologising for my experience with an offer to replace the product, at no cost to me. I am awaiting further details regarding the delivery.

I purchased the Gloot Protein Water - Peach Iced Tea via Takealot. On first use, the product was clumpy when mixed. My daughter was terribly nauseous after consuming it. I attempted to return it to Takealot. Their return system confirmed Return Eligibility and the product was collected. After it arrived at their facility, they have refused to refund me, stating the product is a Non-Returnable Item and they will be returning the product to me. I will now be stuck with a product that was clumpy, made my daughter nauseous and the product was then sent to Takealot so I had no control of how it was further handled. They cannot guarantee the condition of it. In hindsight, i should have contacted Gloot directly and not returned the product. I did place a product query on Gloot's website with no response to date.

I am totally unhappy with with the service I placed an order on the 16th January and I don't get any updates about my order when I ask them they keep on sending me the same message that once my order has left their warehouse they will update me while they it take 2-5 working days to be delivered

I have always wanted to give it a try and guess what Black Friday deal was a get it done for me and I ordered. Placed my order on the 23rd of November 2025. Then I was told my package will be delivered on the 26th, which never happened and then communication again came that it would be delivered on the 27th and on the 27th the courier guy told my mom that he left my parcel at the depot as he had been travelling with it for a while. The last communication on delivery was set to be on the 28th which it never happened. Then I waited until the 9th of Dec when I contacted Glootnu asking to be refunded my money back with reasons that my parcel was never delivered. They made a follow up with their courier company who confirmed that they still had it. I was then asked if I would still like for it to be delivered in the new year which I disagreed to and asked for my refund. Danel then requested that I forward them my banking information which I did and on the 12th of December I was told that they have received the information and it was forwarded to the team for processing. Today is the 5th of December and I still havenโt received my refund. This was seriously disappointing and an inconvenience for me. ๐ฎ๐ฎ

This is to the owner of Gloot. I will give you more stars as soon as the issue has been resolved. Last week Thursday evening, Marilyn ordered the Protein Water, Flat tummy toner and Flat Tummy Tonic as part of the specials you advertised. The 3 products was in stock.
