False Information about the Protein Content.

I am a customer of Gloot Nutrition since March 2025. I bought from their website, but mostly from Takealot. Ordering my protein power, I noticed that their label has been changed to 20g of protein, instead of the 29g. Also the collagen is now left out. Ms. Danel De Bruin (Gloot Nutrition Specialist) indeed confirm that it was a typo. What???? Since 2024?? This item on Takealot is non-refundable, therefore I have been trying to get a refund from Gloot, without any success. Gloot, I do think that you owe your customers a Public Apology, for misleading information, most definitely not a typo. A typo is a once--off mistake. The 29g gram of protein is displayed all over. Your products also does not have a Ingredients list.

I have also tried to write a review on Takealot, which they do not want to approve.
