False Information about the Protein Content.

I am a customer of Gloot Nutrition since March 2025. I bought from their website, but mostly from Takealot. Ordering my protein power, I noticed that their label has been changed to 20g of protein, instead of the 29g. Also the collagen is now left out. Ms. Danel De Bruin (Gloot Nutrition Specialist) indeed confirm that it was a typo. What???? Since 2024?? This item on Takealot is non-refundable, therefore I have been trying to get a refund from Gloot, without any success. Gloot, I do think that you owe your customers a Public Apology, for misleading information, most definitely not a typo. A typo is a once--off mistake. The 29g gram of protein is displayed all over. Your products also does not have a Ingredients list. I have also tried to write a review on Takealot, which they do not want to approve.

Vodacom not trustworthy in their deals

Been a client of Vodacom for the past 24 years, client services received is pathetic to say the least. On 5 February 2021 I wanted to cancel my contract but was convinced with a good deal with a "no-phone" contract. Part of the deal was a R1200 Takealot voucher as promised by Ms Anneline Moodley. I was supposed to receive the voucher via sms during the month of February. Needless to say, when I made queries during the month of March, a Veronica said there has to be 2 successful debit orders (24 years a client with absolutely NO rejected payments). Ok, so March and April they received their successful payments. Every 2nd week when I enquire, I get promised that Anneline Moodley will call me. The latest query, I was provided with a reference number #557415. There is NO way that they can transfer my call to her but keeps on escalating emails. Wasting my time. Why should I keep my part of the contract I Vodacom gets away with ******? Kindly take note, that AFTER THIS CONTRACT EXPIRES, and yes, I had 5 different contracts with Vodacom, I will NEVER EVER renew my contracts. Vodacom #Vodacom why??

Disappointing after service _ Auto Pedigree George

I bought a Polo Vivo 2017 from Auto Pedigree George on 18 July 2018. With inspection (when the vehicle was delivered to me) we noticed that the back (L) windows' smash-and-grab is coming loose. As well as blue paint (running) inside the frame at the drivers' door (on the body). After many many empty promises (excuses like they have to open an account), we arranged a date last week Tuesday (23 October 2018) so they could fix the issues. After an hour Mark Schoeman (the salesman) brought my vehicle back, claiming my car has to go to Port Elizabeth to fix the mess up they made. The blue paint apparently is what they use for data-dot (irremovable paint), so they have to repaint the body. I told Mark that I'm not happy to let someone drive my vehicle (because of my insurance and tracker). It will also add unnecessary kilos to my car for something that is not my fault. I asked him to let the manager, Mr. Lloyd Pietersen call me to make alternative arrangements. Mark said he had asked Mr. Lloyd a few times to call me back. On Wednesday 24/10/2018 I sent Mr. Lloyd and the Regional Manager, Mr Bessenger an email. They have received it, but no one made an effort to respond. Maybe I should have expected this kind after-service I received, because I wasn't prepared to add all the extra policies etc. to the initial vehicle purchase , which they wanted to force me to do. Eventually I asked Mr. Lloyd whether he wants to sell me a vehicle or policies (which I already had cover for, confirmed by my broker). Then Mr. Lloyd said he will have to find out from Head Office if they are still prepared to do the transaction. I'm very disappointed.
