In March 2025 I purchased a Nissan NP 200 via the Nelspuit branch, and it was delivered to me in Pretoria. The next day I noticed missing and damaged parts, and the spare key was not given to me. I then notified Musa the sales person he then promised to sort it out. To this day nothing has been done. He ignores my texts and calls. I tried calling the office number and his assistant manager Afrika also promised to sort it all out, again nothing has happened and I haven't been contacted with an update. Few weeks ago I wrote an email to the head office and a lady named Dephney rep****, saying they have spoken to the branch manager and I must expect a call from him and that she will also call me to check if they have indeed called me, but as I write this today no one has called me or wrote to me.

I recently bot a car from auto pedigree brits After I called view 4 you for inspection !those guys found multiple defects on the car!the car is a code 2 . painting job visible.tail light are dusty and dim.wind shield poorly fitted and it is licking .Stay away from auto pedigree

Guys DO NOT ever in your life allow Auto Pedigree to fit breaks on your car. I don't know what cheap breaks they put onto my car, but the back part of the bad came completely off the pad and made a constant whistling sound. The manager at the Gezina banch refuses to give me my money back. I has to open a case at the Motor Industry Ombudsman. Awaiting feed back. But stay away from these *****s, they will rob you for sure. I has to buy other breaks, Safe Line and after I installed the new breaks, the sound was gone completely. The breaks they installed on my car has no name branded on it like Ferrodo or Safe Line. Take this as a friendly warning, don't allow thee people to work on your car, they have no idea what they're doing. And then they refuse to give you a refund. I have photos, Videos, receipts. They don't want to take accountability for their mistakes. Stay away or you'll cry.

We are extremely disappointed with the service my brother received from Auto Pedigree Richards Bay. Ha handed his bakkie over to them in November 2025, expecting professional service and reliable workmanship. It is now May 2026, and instead of resolving the issues, he has received his vehicle back in a worse condition - twice. Throughout this entire process, I’ve has dealt with nothing but empty promises and poor communication. Every time we were assured that the problems were fixed, the vehicle returned with new or unresolved issues. This morning was the final straw. The bakkie would not even open, and the brand-new battery is already dead. On top of that, the bakkie cannot drive over 100km/h without the steering wheel shaking, which is a serious safety concern. After months of inconvenience, frustration, and being misled, I can confidently say that I do not recommend Auto Pedigree Richards Bay to anyone. This experience has been absurd and unacceptable.

Im am so furious without Pedigree Gezina. Never again will I take my car to them for anything. If you cannot even install breaks properly, then you are in the wrong business. They are also not willing to accept their fault and correct it. I paid you in full to service my car and replace breaks, now my car is making a constant whistling sound even when not breaking, but goes away when I break. It took my car back to you several times and all you could say is that there is dust on my break disk. I should go home and rinse it off with a hose pipe. From Auto Pedigree, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You are lucky there is no zero stars because you don't even deserve one star. Hi-Q told me that my disks was not seemed properly. And I told you this. All ypu had to do was just to seem it again and see if it solved the problem. But you were not willing to do that. I will take my car to the experts rather and pay again. At least I know my problem will be solved. I hope people see this and think twice before taking their car to you. I feel ******. But you will surely get what you deserve.

Since then, I have been receiving numerous calls and messages from individuals, some of whom appear to be unprofessional and potentially *****ulent. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Auto Pedigree Strand, specifically from the sales consultant Wayne. The entire process of purchasing my vehicle was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. From the start, there were delays in receiving and signing documentation, along with inconsistent and incorrect information regarding payments. After finally completing the sale, the issues continued. I was initially told I would receive a refund, only for that to later be changed. I then had to repeatedly follow up just to have the previous vehicle finance consolidated correctly to avoid over-indebtedness on my profile. To make matters worse, the vehicle was handed over with unresolved issues. The centre console needs repair, and I raised concerns about the brakes, yet I am being told this is being done as a “favour” — which is unacceptable. These issues should have been addressed before delivery. I have also been inconvenienced by being asked to take the vehicle to a specific workshop myself, despite the dealership already driving the vehicle and using my petrol, I need to be inconvenienced an take it to one of their nearest branches.In addition, I am still waiting for my licence disc, number plates, and spare key, with little to no communication or feedback. My calls have also been ignored. Throughout this entire experience, I have remained patient and accommodating, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and substandard service has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before dealing with this branch, as the after-sales service has been highly disappointing.
