I am extremely disappointed and honestly hurt by the treatment I received at Skins Cavendish. I had been searching high and low for a specific perfume and was genuinely excited to finally find a store that stocks it. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, ready to purchase. Before I could even properly ask about the fragrance, the sales assistant took one look at me and immediately said they don’t have testers and that I should go to the V&A instead. The tone and manner in which it was said felt incredibly dismissive and made me feel judged, as if assumptions were being made about whether I could afford the product. No customer should ever be made to feel humiliated or unwelcome when walking into a store, especially when they are there to buy. It completely ruined what should have been an exciting purchase and left a very bad impression. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management addresses how customers are treated in their store. Dimitri James please have a look at who you employee
Once again Alexander Forbes seems to disappoint. So the 2pot system kicks in they allegedly prepared themselves for this transition not understanding the complexity of everyone and their needs. First of all they want to explain the system takes 20 days to filter through the claims yet some people process their claims and then in a few days some gets paid out, yet majority must wait for what I don't understand there is no consistency again not transparent they can't even explain to me how the system works, because they themself don't understand a system they have been working on for years. Then they close their call center for the day because they don't know what's happening complete lies. Yet they were prepared for this 2pot system I'm sure there was briefs on how to handle curve*****, but the call center staff is so ***********. Ann Leepile can you please give the countries people closure and explain why your staff has no idea what's happening in your business. There is no commitment to developing their people and they definitely don't have a transformed environment for the benefit of their clients and society in general. Setting standards on being clear in terms of the value they add but not living up to their values.
Im extremely frustrated annoyed disappointed in ignite fitness in claremont an all of them in a whole. I cancelled my gym membership last year as they weren’t transparent with me. I paid for myself an spouse then they added more fees i paid then they explained before i use the facility i should pay a certain amount instead of just telling me upfront wat the cost an fees are an not try to sway me in promotions that isnt even real just to hook me. Then wen debits should happen the amounts are more than agreed like how do we even do that then i decided this is not a place for me after a couple of months i cancelled. Now they billing me a arm an a leg when to begin with there was no transparency. This kind of business is ***** an pathetic an the amount is just rising an no cancellation how does a business like this even exist. Schalk Hugo is this what your business is about. *****ing from people exploiting them harassing them. Im extremely disgusted. Please deal with your people an have them delete an block my number. An teach them gud customer service without your clients your business cnt be successful your cnt grow if you have so many bad reviews its truly something to look into.
I have resigned end of February my pension fund is with Alexander forbes. It’s May now still no joy. I have had to make numerous of calls i called Suzanne Williams, Anwar Stemmet in claims, Tamagelo Mateka, Tebogo Nkomo just to name a few and all of them are giving me the run around i have completed an done whatever i could to make this payout seamless. They strive for insight, advice, impact they impactful alright all negative aspects of their business im so fustrated with this company. Ann Leepile, Dawie de Villiers needs to give me some kind of joy an some kind of explanation my question to you is were is my money is your company bankrupt is there no money to pay the people. Companies shouldnt be investing with you, you guys are not transparent the lies the deceit its downright outrageous. Nobody ever called me back with any information i had to make the calls the sneakiness an dishonesty of this company is quite scarey, there is no integrity not one of them kept their word, every single time they said they going to call me back they never did. I even had to drive to them still no joy.
I purchased a flat iron wit them about 2 months ago on purchasing they say it has a 1 year gaurantee if u not completely satisfied with the product so i kept my slip an the box after using it for a month some how it just doesnt heat up the same like it use to i went to the parow branch to ask them to exchange it cos im not happy with it i dnt wnt a refund just an exchange they refused telling me there is nothing wrong i mean am i not the customer im telling them its not the same anyway the head office then calls me but not even giving 3 rings just 1 ring then they put of i mean really what typenof business does that does their managers even no wat they doing nontheless i email them sent them everything but still no reply no email nothing so im sitting with a product that actually has no gaurentee like they said they have
