I am extremely disappointed and honestly hurt by the treatment I received at Skins Cavendish. I had been searching high and low for a specific perfume and was genuinely excited to finally find a store that stocks it. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, ready to purchase. Before I could even properly ask about the fragrance, the sales assistant took one look at me and immediately said they don’t have testers and that I should go to the V&A instead. The tone and manner in which it was said felt incredibly dismissive and made me feel judged, as if assumptions were being made about whether I could afford the product. No customer should ever be made to feel humiliated or unwelcome when walking into a store, especially when they are there to buy. It completely ruined what should have been an exciting purchase and left a very bad impression. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management addresses how customers are treated in their store. Dimitri James please have a look at who you employee

I was very disappointed with the iPhone 16 Pro skin I got. Poor cut marks on the vinyl, the website mentions 3M & Avery Dennison adhesive but that was not what I recieved. I had to put my phone back in my protective case because there is no way I can not use it as the vinyl skin is purely cosmetic. While in this process, almost all the vinyl panels shifted out of place and have creases or tears and is now unuable. For a product that boldly markets 'luxury" and "premium", I find it to be very misleading. I reached out to enquire about their returns policy and what I can do to get a refund to no avail. I also purchased the macbook skin but I have not opened or installed it yet as I do not want to be disappointed again. I also see no google reviews or any other platform for reviews, the website clearly has a review function that does not work. I have reached out on email, calls and whatsapp channels listed on their site and have not heard back since on all platforms.
