Poor quality product and abhorrent customer service
I was very disappointed with the iPhone 16 Pro skin I got. Poor cut marks on the vinyl, the website mentions 3M & Avery Dennison adhesive but that was not what I recieved. I had to put my phone back in my protective case because there is no way I can not use it as the vinyl skin is purely cosmetic. While in this process, almost all the vinyl panels shifted out of place and have creases or tears and is now unuable. For a product that boldly markets 'luxury" and "premium", I find it to be very misleading. I reached out to enquire about their returns policy and what I can do to get a refund to no avail. I also purchased the macbook skin but I have not opened or installed it yet as I do not want to be disappointed again. I also see no google reviews or any other platform for reviews, the website clearly has a review function that does not work. I have reached out on email, calls and whatsapp channels listed on their site and have not heard back since on all platforms.

Telkom - Worst service provider in the country?
As per usual, Telkom service delivery probably the worst in the country. Had requested to relocate my fibre line to a new adress more than a month ago. Agent that helped me informed me that I needed to cancel my current line and get a new one which was done. Two weeks later I recieved a call from another agent requesting my address to initiate the new installation which was sent to the email adress provided. Weeks later and still no update, everything I call one Telkom help number, I get told to call another number, end up waiting for 20 mins at a time only to go to a telkom agent's voicemail??? I didnt even know that was possible. I walk into their stores to get help and they just simply tell me to call. Pathetic service across all their platforms. Not even that surprised as this is usally the service I get from Telkom.

PATHETIC SERVICE and COVER. Please choose another medical aid.
Pathetic service, was misinformed before addmission. Spoke directly to one of the agents who advised me as to what the process should be for admission. Given it was an emergency as I had broken my leg I was immediately admitted and surgery took place only to be slapped with a +R40K bill that medical aid wouldnt be covering due it not being an emergency! never recieved one call or message as to my treatment or recovery was going. One star review is too much for the non existent service I recieved. Would not recommend to anyone else, there are better plans oout there.

Aramex not even concerned with providing a solution or help.
I've been trying to get hold of a package for MONTHS now. it was a prize won which the sender has provided proof of payment numerous times. Went though a large number of emails and phone calls with no solution or even feedback however they keep forwarding through invoices periodically. Pathetic service
