I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Auto Pedigree Strand, specifically from the sales consultant Wayne. The entire process of purchasing my vehicle was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. From the start, there were delays in receiving and signing documentation, along with inconsistent and incorrect information regarding payments. After finally completing the sale, the issues continued. I was initially told I would receive a refund, only for that to later be changed. I then had to repeatedly follow up just to have the previous vehicle finance consolidated correctly to avoid over-indebtedness on my profile. To make matters worse, the vehicle was handed over with unresolved issues. The centre console needs repair, and I raised concerns about the brakes, yet I am being told this is being done as a “favour” — which is unacceptable. These issues should have been addressed before delivery. I have also been inconvenienced by being asked to take the vehicle to a specific workshop myself, despite the dealership already driving the vehicle and using my petrol, I need to be inconvenienced an take it to one of their nearest branches.In addition, I am still waiting for my licence disc, number plates, and spare key, with little to no communication or feedback. My calls have also been ignored. Throughout this entire experience, I have remained patient and accommodating, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and substandard service has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before dealing with this branch, as the after-sales service has been highly disappointing.
