DELIVERY TIME IS INACCURATE AND COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE NUMBERS TO CALL
In my previous rating and in my emails,Gloot proudly responded that that they have a 3-5day working time to deliver products. I placed an order on the 31st of March and was met with silence as outlined in my previous rating,they attributed their delivery lag to the holidays. I then asked if they can confirm if I would be receiving the products tomorrow as it will be the 5th working day and lo and behold,the products have only left their depot to the delivery company and the estimated arrival time to me is on the 13th of April. I want to cancel this order but they gave me a vague answer to when I would receive the money in my account again it was their famous 3-5working days. At this point I am beyond disappointed.2 replies

READ GLOOT REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
I placed an order on March 31 2026,received only one email stating that they have received the order no further communication. I sent an email to their support team and receive a response stating that the order will be dispatched after holidays. I wanted to receive the order after the holidays I would have bought it after the holidays. I am not happy at all. I asked for them to give me a call,no one has called me and I am daunting to cancel the order because I am thinking about the time it’s going to take to receive my money to go elsewhere!1 reply
