NO RESPONSE AND NO DELIVERY
If I could give a lower star rating I would. Don't bother making use of their online service. The lack of customer care is astonishing to say the least. I placed an order on Friday 20 March 2026, received an email saying the order is shipped, Order number GN84422 and got a courier tracking number. When I started tracking the order a few days later it said created only. I sent a mail to their support requesting an update. The response was a standard "please note we have 3 - 5 business days to dispatch" email with no signature. I responded with another mail saying the first email said "shipped" not pending or created. The response was basically that their "shipped" email response does not actually mean it was shipped, silly me. A lot of back and forth emails ensued and now absolute radio silence. They do not have a contact number one can phone. The Courier have confirmed that they have attempted on three or four occasions to collect my order to no avail. The Courier Guy have now cancelled the collection on their system. Glootnu have gladly accepted my payment but have not delivered the order and are ignoring all email queries. Glootnu, this is despicable business practice, you should be ashamed at yourself
