BAD BAD BAD service and ZERO communication
I placed an order and PAID on 19/04/2026 On 20/04/2026 Gloot sent me an email with SHIPPING CONFIRMATION but Hey did you know when they send that email it does not mean it is ready for pick up by the courier company - it only means it is packed or whatever they do. They have no telephone number, their email response is SLOW and only reply back like they a robot.....clearly AI response I would think. NOW after 3 attempts from the courier company the collection has been cancelled so that now means I am without my package and less money in my account. You cannot cancel your order and you cannot chat with them SO HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO GET MY PACKAGE NOW?? You can ask them to phone you but seems they dont wanna interact with their customers at all.
