I am highly disappointed with the service of this gym as well as the way the staff and MANAGER treated me. My boyfriend and I joined, was happy until he broke his knee and could not attend the gym for the rest of the year (2021). I tried to explain to them our situation. The first lady said they can help, I should send a Doctor's letter. Called again after a while then it was a different story. I emailed them constantly asking for help to end the contract we couldn't pay the whole amount upfront so I kept paying eventhough we're not using their services. They kept changing the amount I should pay. One month it's R720 the next one it's R1020. So my bank stopped the debit order itself, I didn't go to the bank to stop my debit order, I was more than happy to pay and get it done with eventhough we didn't make use of their service. The manager kept calling me, I answered and I once again explained our situation for the millionth time, her reply was what don't you understand, we're going to give you over. She is the most rude person I've ever talked to. They don't treat their clients well, they just care about the money. They have no sympathy and they don't even try to help. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I've heard so many stories that are the same as mine.
