Gym with a BAD reputation

Do not join this gym! They do not communicate with their clients and dont answer emails until months later.

I started to gym there a month before lockdown. When lockdown hit, I mailled them continiously and phoned them to cancel my membership as its only been a month and lockdown started so there was no way to gym in anycase.

I explained to them that my my work is now only giving halfpay due to lockdown and I cannot afford the gym in anycase anymore.

They continued to debit my account even though I made contact with them to stop. They have no respect for people, they just care about their money at the end of the month but not the clients satisfaction.

They disregarded all of my emails and still went to blacklist me.

Absolutely pathetic, have not even been to the gym for 7 months.

Do not join this gym, there are better gyms out there which takes care of their clients and treats them with respect.

Do not join this gym!! They do not care.

I went to gym there 4 years ago, got I spinal injury, the doctor gave me a doctors note to give to the gym to cancel my membership as I am not allowed to gym anymore at that time.

They even disregarded that letter and my apology that I cannot gym there anymore, yet still they wanted to blacklist met if I do not pay the remaining months balance.

Totally absurd.

This is not how a gym should be taking care of their members.

I will never go back to figure fanatics again.
