Very disappointed

Their assistance and administration prior to our wedding was outstanding and the photographers on the day was amazing and made us feel so at ease. After our wedding was however a complete different story. Definition of over-promise and under-deliver. We were promised to get sneak peeks the week after our wedding, however had to beg to finally get 4 pictures 2 weeks later. The contract stipulated more photo’s will be uploaded to their Facebook accounts +/- 3 weeks after our wedding, it’s been 9 months and still nothing has happened. We did receive our photos on a harddrive 8 weeks after our wedding, however were made various empty promises in between on when we are supposed to receive our photos. We were very disappointed in the fact that we received not a single photo of my husband with his parents, even though they know they stood for the photo, so what happened to those photos? Our package we purchased include one couple and two parent albums, it took extremely long to receive our albums (it was said it was in a press for 6 weeks), we were told we can design it like we want it however my ideas were told could not be executed. When we received the albums it was very surprising that the parent albums were not included, I suppose they forgot? When we enquired the process for the albums started all over again, but the parent albums look exactly like the couple albums, why could all three not be printed together? When we received our parent albums, almost 10 pages were missing! So they did not even look through the albums before sending it? After waiting another 6 weeks we did finally receive the parent albums, but extremely poor quality printing!

So much money spent for such a special occasion and it was such a disappointment afterwards.

I would not recommend and would not want any other happy couple to have to deal with this afterwards.
