Company avoiding cancellation

<p>I sent the notice within the given timeframe, and they have not cancelled the debit order and the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no contact details available except through their website.</p> <p> </p> <p>There seems to be no course of action available to cancel the account, and I have tried cancelling this through the bank, but they were unable to.</p>
