I bought a K90 keyboard, in October, and some of the keys stopped working. I then sent the product in for repairs, and I was told that I had to bring the original packaging as a condition of the warranty. I saw that this was part of the warranty terms of Corsair. Luckily I still had the original packaging, however, they could not fix the keyboard. The product has been discontinued and they cannot replace the keyboard. They are unable to resolve this matter after two months. This is a very expensive keyboard, and I now have to sit without a keyboard for two months so far, with no end in sight. In the meantime, I had to purchase another keyboard, and they seem no closer to resolving the issue. I am never buying any Corsair product ever again. I also recommend other people don't either, because even though some products have a 7 year warranty, it is completely misleading, because the warranty is not valid if you do not have the packing, and even if you do, there are all sorts of delay tactics and bad faith.
