Very bad Service and do not do what you ask of them

I asked how their service worked and what they charged for their service. I received news from them that my fine was reduced to x amount whereby I advised them that I can pay at month end. I was advised that it needed to be paid immediately otherwise it is not valid and the lady was very rude and made inaccurate assumptions and I was still not advised on how they work. About 15minutes after our conversation I received an email with a quote and an attachment explaining everything, I then rep**** with the same answer that I would accept and pay at month end, whereby the lady I spoke to rep**** and instructed that my details must be deleted and that I can pay the full fine, which is fine by me.

All in all, there are lots of people offering the same service and I will recommend you rather use a different company that Fines4U.
