We ordered and paid for blinds two and a half months ago from Fiona's which were to take a week or so to make and then install at our house. After two months of excuses, lies and not a single phone call being returned after promising to do so, we went into the store to complain and to cancel the order. Fiona's agreed to refund the money we had paid (R7 100) and reversed the charge on our credit card. We received the credit card slip confirming the refund had been made. About an hour later we received a call from them to say that, miraculously, the blinds were ready. We explkained that we had cancelled the order and our money had been refunded. The next day another person from Fiona's phoned to tell us again that the blinds were ready, but we explaoned again that we had been refunded and no longer wanted the blinds as we had ordered from elsewhere. Imagine our surprise when the reversed charge did not reflect on the credit card. We phoned Fiona's and they told us it would take between 10 and 15 days to show. Over 15 days have gone and we have not received the refund. Our bank confirms that the charge has not been reversed. Fiona's obviously and *****ulently cancelled the reversal. We have phoned them twice today and the promises (twice) for the owner/top manager Solly to get back to us has obviously not happened. We can only assume that Fiona's is being *****ulent in not giving our money back. I will never use them again and would urge everyone not to trust them.
