We ordered and paid for blinds two and a half months ago from Fiona's which were to take a week or so to make and then install at our house. After two months of excuses, lies and not a single phone call being returned after promising to do so, we went into the store to complain and to cancel the order. Fiona's agreed to refund the money we had paid (R7 100) and reversed the charge on our credit card. We received the credit card slip confirming the refund had been made. About an hour later we received a call from them to say that, miraculously, the blinds were ready. We explkained that we had cancelled the order and our money had been refunded. The next day another person from Fiona's phoned to tell us again that the blinds were ready, but we explaoned again that we had been refunded and no longer wanted the blinds as we had ordered from elsewhere. Imagine our surprise when the reversed charge did not reflect on the credit card. We phoned Fiona's and they told us it would take between 10 and 15 days to show. Over 15 days have gone and we have not received the refund. Our bank confirms that the charge has not been reversed. Fiona's obviously and *****ulently cancelled the reversal. We have phoned them twice today and the promises (twice) for the owner/top manager Solly to get back to us has obviously not happened. We can only assume that Fiona's is being *****ulent in not giving our money back. I will never use them again and would urge everyone not to trust them.

The worst experience ever! Save yourself time, effort, and stress and go to someone else if you would like your curtains made by them. They promised a 10-day turnaround, currently sitting on 2 months after having paid them and still waiting for them to install. Every story in the book has been told to me with no outcome. Empty promises and terrible service to say the least. If I could give them 0 stars, I certainly would.

The worst experience ever! Save yourself time, effort, and stress and go to someone else if you would like your curtains made by them. They promised a 10-day turnaround, currently sitting on 2 months after having paid them and still waiting for them to install. Every story in the book has been told to me with no outcome. Empty promises and terrible service to say the least. If I could give them 0 stars, I certainly would.

I went to this establishment on the 15th of March @13:26 hrs, upon arrival l went straight to the building marked upholstery as my intention was to enquire, l greated a gentleman who was wearing a black hat and a khakhi trouser who l was later told is the security at that establishment. The gentleman was extremely rude to me, he threatened to shoot me saying he suspected me to be a thief. His language was so rude using the F word when addressing a customer. The management has to send this old man for more training as he is not suitable for the job he is doing. I am really disappointed in the way he treated me. I drove all the way to that establishment to be humiliated by this aggressive guy.

Great pricing. An array of stock to choose from. Great Covid-19 protocols in place.Hand sanitizing,temperature control, capturing customer details and mask wearing, all very much appreciated.Shop is well stocked, and prices are decent.

The owner is the most offensive and disrespectful boss to his staff. Everytime I go into the shop he is screaming at his people. It is so upsetting. The staff only stay because they need a job. He should be taken to the labour court.
