The worst experience ever! Save yourself time, effort, and stress and go to someone else if you would like your curtains made by them. They promised a 10-day turnaround, currently sitting on 2 months after having paid them and still waiting for them to install. Every story in the book has been told to me with no outcome. Empty promises and terrible service to say the least. If I could give them 0 stars, I certainly would.
<p>I upgraded my account in April and when doing so, asked whether i would have my minutes and data taken away which i have paid for and was told absolutely not!! This was roughly 1000min and about 8gigs of data. After the upgrade i was told that the minutes and data was forfeited as i had upgraded my account. Had i known that my minutes and data would be stolen i would not have upgraded my account. This was done through your Hyde Park Branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>This issue has been going on since April and has not been resolved yet. On top of this, as part of the upgrade package, i was to receive a free rugby jersey!!! This has not happened either. I am the one who constantly has to contact the branch to ask whats going on and the only answer i get is that it has been escalated. This is pathetic to say the least!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my minutes and data reimbursed to me as i was promised they would not be forfeited if i upgraded my account!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I</p>
