The Only Reason I'm Writing this is because I truly feel And believe That Arthur And George should know about How ****** Or factually speaking , How much Racial hatred their Head Office Junior Operational Manager Kelly has' ! .AKA 'Kelliah Mazibuko' As I do Not believe Arthur Or George could have Any Racial hatred As I Don't believe they were Raised in A Squattercamp! to develop hatred for other races especially Indians . After being One Of the first people to arrive on time to be interviewed by fireroom I quietly interview Prepped for the six hours As I Waited in Line I Allowed everyone to pass me As I researched the foods that go With the different types of wines , and the definition of single/blended malt Whiskey and memorizing the different types Of whiskeys On the Menu , while waiting in Line I Saw that the interviewer (Kelly) had A Very very very Seriously racially hateful Look in her eye when she Looked At me An Indian interviewee As I Waited in Line' ! , after alllll interviewees were done being interviewed I made sure I was the Last Person to be interviewed ever Out Of everyone As I Was Not Able to make The very first interview to make the Strongest impression , After Acing the entire 27 minute interview I Actually made Kelly forget that she had racial hatred toward me As she stated that she was tired but after interviewing Me! She felt like she could interview more people ! , . As time Went by I continued to call And Message Kelly , She just ignored My Messages . One day I met With her in Person At fireRoom MOA And she told me to go to Another manager by the name Of Whitney in Bedfordview while giving me Extreme negative body language , now guy's, ladies and gentlemen I Know How to read A Woman , Kelly Was giving every Sign and Signal Possible that gives Off I'm Gonna make this Indian Guy come for training, Not get Paid for training And Not be given Money' for training , Or' be making money that I will Not Only be Wasting his time effort and energy but I'll be thinking I can get my Revenge for being Raised in Apartheid And taking it Out On him since he's Indian. After Training At Bedfordview fire room for Weeks, Spending All that money on transport As Midrand is Pretty far, being the trainee that Lived the furthest Out Of everyone that trained there, the time effort And Energy spent, after being called for Practicals at Mall Of Africa, Standing By the door With My Phone by My Side, As Soon As Kelly Walks in, She States : "Leave", "Please Leave" , I Actually knew this was going to happen because women Telegraph their actions , not there Words , judging by How she Was behaving You can definitely tell she was Not gonna Allow , Me To Work At fire room, her respect Level And How She made me run around the bush for that long, What She didn't know is that, the stuff I Learnt at fire room I Can Use for the rest Of My Life , And I Will Never forget it' , ****** in South Africa is Rife' . If Arthur and George Allows someone to run their restaurants They Should know the truth! . Let's Put an end to ****** and stand Up! for what's right' ! . Kelly's body is Shaped like A penguin With blonde hair, cause She Wishes she was A White Person With blonde hair, . That's Why she died it' blonde . Well Even if Anything I Say is Not' true, U Can tell A Black Person is ****** by the Look in their eye' . Well let's be Real here , You technically can't call A black Person ****** per dictionary definition , The correct term is racial hatred ' . Kelly Was So intimidated that I will take her job, that she terminated My contract' . Gosh it must be' ! Rough Living in Apartheid And having An apartheid mindset in modern day' Society And Reality ' ! . When apartheid's over With ' .

Hostest are classist
Service there is absolutely the worst Went there twice in one week and I experienced the same thing. Service is poor took them almost an hour to get our food, a whole 30mins to get our drinks. It wasnt even full on both day. Waiters and hostesses there are classists. Other tables would get their services delivered to them quicker than our side. I would not recommend that place for anyone. Absolutely ridiculous, i have never received such bad service in my life

Sat 02 Nov 24 I’m so disappointed with Fireroom at Mall of Africa , I ordered 2 drinks that costed R196. Oyster short For R46 and fireroll for R155 and requested 1 fireroll takeaway for R155. All those costs I was aware of but when the bill comes waiter added 5 fire roll each at R155 asked him why he said it’s 1 take away I’ve requested he just separated packing and when I checked I was supposed to pay R552 for what I’ve ordered but ended up paying R1087. Fire room is full waiters that will **** you and you’ll end up paying what you didn’t order

The worse service ever experienced
Fire Room Montecasino is the ultimate worse experience I have ever encountered. Saturday 4th May 2024 we decided to take our friends out to one of the best restaurants that we know however we always go to Bedfordview, this time we went to MonteCasino Fire Room and it was a complete disaster. We waited over an hour to get a table, the staff was absolutely pathetic they could not keep us updated with why other people were getting seats, we were shows a table where people had paid and left their kids to sit and wait for them while they go gamble. When asking why are we not getting a table, we were told that they can’t help of people don’t want to leave. Never mind the table that we were showed at where kids were playing at with no adult supervision, a table that we had to wait for. Eventually we left as the staff showed absolutely no interest and clearly couldn’t care less how we felt. This place should be closed down as they are not friendly, not helpful and arrogant in all sense of the word. Disgusting behaviour and no sense of urgency or communication. I strongly suggest that everybody boycotts this disgrace of a place Fire Room Monte Casino….. sies!

The worse service ever experienced

Fire room has me in tears
Booking my son’s 21st birthday at Fire Room Mall of Africa has proven to be the most painful experience ever. Last minute they tell me of new terms and conditions that will cost me an additional 8000 rands that I don’t have I’ve booked a private room and paid for it and also a deposit for the food. If I could I would change the venue even though it’s tomorrow. They have mixed and different messages. I don’t know what to do or who to complain to. They basically say that because I’ve increased the number of people attending I have to choose a more expensive menu. This was supposed to be the best day for my son. Shouldn’t terms and conditions be explained before booking? Shouldn’t it be on the contract?
