Abseloutely horrible experience

What an absolutely horrible experience for my mum 65th bday and retirement celebration for 15 of us!! We arrived jus after half 6 and ate at half 9.. The wait came wit excuses abt hw dey had to serve the doctors +-40 b4 us nd the manager upon my cuzin frustration told us "it is wat it is"!!!! Food was mediocre like the service.. The entire experience was 4 us to hear abt the doctors dat deserved 1st preference as if our meals were sponsored by dem.. We Wil never go bk to dis ridiculous ****a shop.. The managers were arrogant and not helpful at all but went out of their way to ensure we knew that they had doctors that needed to be seen to first nd havin peeping into d room we immediately knew why dey received 1st preference compared to our table apart from dem being doctors.. Not sure what their careers had to to with our food abseloutely pathetic!!!!
