No after Sales service

Fireplace city does not keep spare parts or help customers to obtain consumable parts that it's required for the products they sell. I bought a Dovre store 3 years ago from Fireplace City, and need some parts to service the stove.Fireplace City is not returning calls or even attempt to help with obtaining the required spare parts.
