Rent a car or rent all my money to never get it back

Rented a car.. got first part of deposit back. Still waiting for the rest. They closed the case after I complained jot receiving my money back

We rent a car at Durban Airport and took it back on the 11th January as stated in the contract. All was done very well and fast. Nothing was wrong with the car, we even gave it back with a full tank petrol. They said the deposit money of R5400 left will be returned to the bank within 7 days. After 8 days a part of the money is paid, R1900. The rest, R3500, is not yet paid back I phoned them where they told me it is paid the same day as the first payment. I rep**** that it is not the case, afyer I scanned the bankstatements. They closed the case of my complaint because all is paid according to them. I reopened it to tell them that I need my money back as I am going to take it further. No reply yet from them. It is a hard month and all know january is long. What can I do to resolve this to get my money back?
