Rented a car.. got first part of deposit back. Still waiting for the rest. They closed the case after I complained jot receiving my money back
Musnt get a star. No services, no water no electricity. Goes on for more than 3 days at a time. We all pay our rates but service... what is that??? They owe Rand water more than 10 billion rands. Where is our money going? Into parties every weekend at the Carletonville civic centre and at their own houses. I now I swa it. Their houses looks like mansions.. we must just pay, and apay for no service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have to phone my insurance at the previous house for geyser replacement. They send out people from 80 km away to replace. When they arrived it was not the right size. In the meantime water was pouring out of it into my yard. They returned and started replacing. Something did seem right so I phoned the plumber in my own home town. In 5 min he was there and saw that the pipes were not replaced right. Everything had to be replaced again. The pipes were to bursed if it was not put right on. After more than 5 hours everything was done and cleared. In my new house I phone because the drains were started be blocked. I phone the insurance. So was told to use their people again. Why if I could get one on my own town and will be there in 5 min? No I must wait for the people, they will come from Pretoria that is 2 hours from me. In the meantime the sewerage were flooded my back yard. I said no stop, I will use my own. So if I was getting help form the insurance, what about my swimming pool in my back yard that will be filled with sewerage. Who will fixed that? No one. Why do we have insurance if we cant use our own and get quicker results??????
We at our town has struggle for the last past months. sometimes no electricity, sometimes no water. This town is in the news for a very long time and the members of the community is struggling. We must pay the services, but we do not get any. Taps are dry, the eldery dont have water at the eldery house. They bring water tanks for water, but we can not drink it because they tap it from the small river just outside the township out of town. The big heads in the municipal offices dont get their water or electricity cut. They use our money to have functions and private parties. But what can we do? The municipality is under the ANC majority and they can mos do what every they can??? Isn't it ********l to cut water in the town so that we can struggle even more? What can we do??? Please help us
Before end of March 2024 I decided to buy or rent Wifi Extenders from my service provider. I did the request and it arrived within 7 days. From 2nd April 2024 I struggled to set it up. On the 12 April 2024, and after a weeks phoning and sending mails, a man helped me set it up. He also found out that I was paying since 22 February 2024 for a 120mps line, and I got a 60mps line. He said I must let the accounts people know about this. I send a mail on the 12th April 2024, I phoned a lot of times. They just do not answer or just let you hold for hours. I got phone calls back so that they can help with the setup of the extenders. But I was already helped and I said that to them. I said I want help with my account. I got 'tickets' back that they will help. They send a statement with R122.00 credit. I worked it out, they charged me for 47 days with a 120mps line and not a 60mps line. They deducted my account without even helped me with the account been resolved. My credit must be round about R266.22. I am working from home and I need the internet on a 24/7 basis. Why dont they just help me and sending tickets the whole time that they will help, but I do not get help?????
On 22nd June 2022 I made a payment to this establishment, to find out that the place I booked, and I were invoiced and all, were not available any more. The SafariNow phoned me on the same day...021 7105800. And they told me I must send an email with my bank details and proof of payment. I did all that. I had to pay then another place to stay. Till today and all the previous days, I send a mail to ask where my money is. No answer..nothing. not even a reply back. What can I do now...hopefully someone can help me...??!
I cancelled my contract and will be suspended on 31st May 2021. Just suddenly on 29th May..no internet. I called and were informed my account is closed due to the fact that I cancelled. My account has to be cancelled on 31st not 29th. I still have more than 30 gig left till monday 31st May. They just told me...we will restore...nothing happened. They stole my gig..I have to pay for whole month ....this is bad..
This business don't deserve to get a star. Good service in beginning, but lack of customer service and friendliness. They just want your money and you as customer must wait until they decide to help.... :( Payments didn't go through, had to go there three times and a waist of time. The last time (3) we got the vehicle BUT still waiting for the papers, service book, extra keys and change of ownership papers. We left messages, no reply. Yes, we've got a very great deal, they don't even know that still :) . But really we expect that paperwork, etc. will be done by now. It has been more than two weeks already.... :( :(
BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. Could someone just help us with this company so that they can deliver the "good" service they are supposed to have???? I am really fed up. The company just debit any amount and they do NOT refund. I must struggle to have enough money left for my other debit orders. I also cancel at one stage but they just didn't return my emails or calls. When you phone.... you are caller no 1) :( :( I am also using all my airtime to sort out THEIR problems that is even not mine. Hope that they will sharpen up their service, I am going to try to cancel again and make this company the baddest company that ever existed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I Suzanne Moolman want to give a very bad review on the Supersonic Company. I "signed" up, telephonically with them as from 1st February2020, with the 120gig per month for R399. The first few days I struggled to let the modem and internet work. I contacted them via phone.... no reply. I contacted them on the whatsapp.. Waited the whole day. Got answers the next day. They helped me with a lot of whatsapps between us. After almost a week I was connected. The end of February I was billed for March 2020 with the amount of R399 plus R399.... doubled for April and March 2020. Before that I asked for upgrade to 200 gig for R599. So my statement had to be R599. They apologized and said the problem will be sorted and my statement will be fixed. Again I struggled a few days to sort it out. I was debited with more than R1097.00 for that month. On 17th April I asked for topup of 100gig. I got it and everything was ok after I also struggle to topup. It went through till today when I got my statement. Today, 29 April 2020, I got a statement for R 1200.00, after they told me my statement is for R602.00. I asked them to fix the problem, that will probably take more than two to three days to fix. And in the meantime they will debit my account with the mentioned amount. I have proof of all my conversations with them since the beginning of February. I really struggle with them a lot and they take their time to sort accounts out. If you try to phone them, like I did in February and March and also April it takes more than 20/30 minutes to get through. And more than two to three days for them to sort out problems they caused, not even me. I cant cancel the "contract", then I have to pay more than R1000.00 for the modem. I hope that this will help fix and solve my problems with this company. I also hope that you guys can help me with this problem. Thank you in advance. Me S Moolman
