Poor Service from First Choice Maintenance - Pool Contractor Hartbee****rt

I experienced real bad service from Jacques - contact number 082 325 4968. He did not complete his job and we had to pay upfront before he wanted to start the job. When we requested for a refund for the incomplete work he did not refunded us and we have been struggling to get the funds from him for more than 2 months now. I would like to bring it to the attention of all and prevent that it does not happens to others.
