Poor Service from First Choice Maintenance - Pool Contractor Hartbee****rt
I experienced real bad service from Jacques - contact number 082 325 4968. He did not complete his job and we had to pay upfront before he wanted to start the job. When we requested for a refund for the incomplete work he did not refunded us and we have been struggling to get the funds from him for more than 2 months now. I would like to bring it to the attention of all and prevent that it does not happens to others.

Deltec Batteries for Invertor and poor service Pro Touch Batteries Herculas
We are very unhappy with the after service we received from Pro Touch Batteries as well as Deltec. We handed in a faulty Deltec 1250 Battery already in December 2023 at the Pro Touch Batteries office in Pretoria Office. Steven was the contact person and we kept following up on the battery that needs to be tested and replaced under warranty but to date we have not received any feedback from Deltec. Pro Touch Batteries is not giving us good after sale service with regards to the Deltec 1250 Battery we bought from their office. They keep on telling us that they are still waiting for feedback from Deltec. But we do not get any feedback from them or Deltec and we always need to follow up and phone them to hear if there is any news on this long overdue issue. We do not recommend Deltec battery for Invertor service are very poor.

Bad service from cancellations department
I have been sending e-mails, made phone calls just to cancel a device. Cancellation was send already on the 28th of August but to date no one responded to confirm they processed my request. If you phone you will hold on for the cancellation department until the phone cuts off after 30 minutes. Service is terrible
