Out for delivery but not delivered

For the second time in a month we've had a parcel out for delivery on Friday for a product launch on the weekend - and the driver simply hasn't bothered to complete the delivery.

I am now left with the prospect of losing a substantial amount of money for the second time due to their incompetence.
