First metro was for low income earners to rent their flats from R800 - R2000, now its gone up to R4200 which makes no sense. If we are low income earners earning R5000+ why are we not catered for.
Secondly, theres people who applied for those flats and now are earning way more than they used to earn before they applied and qualified for the flats, now they are paying first metro as little as R2000 a month but are renting out the flats to desperate people for R4500+.
My question is, why is First Metro not doing a follow up on their tenants because most of these people have moved out and are renting these flats to other people.
